Robbie Williams to perform in Budapest again
After six years, Robbie Williams will perform in Hungary again. The British pop star will perform at the Budapest Sportarena on 14 March 2023 as part of his new European tour XXV.
The tour will start in Bologna on 20 January 2023 and will visit cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin and Barcelona in the spring. He will arrive in the Hungarian capital from his concert in Krakow on 12 March and will perform at the Stadthalle in Vienna on 17 March, organiser Live Nation told MTI on Monday.
The concert series celebrates a quarter of a century of 48-year-old Robbie Williams’ solo career, as well as his recently released compilation album XXV. The concert series will see the singer perform his greatest hits in a reimagined form, including Millennium, It’s Only Ust, Rock Dj, Eternity, Somethin’ Stupid, Radio and Candy.
The album XXV brought Robbie Williams his fourteenth UK chart-topper, with the album topping the charts in its first week of release in early September. This makes him the solo artist with the most UK chart-topping albums of all time, having previously produced thirteen chart-topping albums for Elvis Presley. Only the Beatles have more UK chart-topping albums, fifteen.
Robbie Williams last visited the Hungarian capital in August 2017, when he played a concert at the Groupama Arena.
In 2015, the British star performed to a packed house of 75,000 spectators on the minus one day of the Sziget festival.

In his solo career, he has released twelve studio albums. The former Take That member has sold around 60 million albums and 11 million singles worldwide. Six of his albums have reached the top 100 best-selling albums of all time in the UK, Live Nation said.
Tickets are available first Wednesday 28 September at 9am BST/10am CET via a pre-sale on the official Robbie Williams store. Official Fan Packages including priority early entry and reserved seated tickets for all dates available from eventtravel.com.
